Mental Health Services

Today I was out walking my pup dogs, Jackson and Blonde. I began to think about two individuals, one that I read about who had committed suicide and the other who had a suicide attempt. I began to think about the need for mental health services in our local communities, as well as these individuals.

A few things that came to mind and reminders. One is that if one begins to feel hopeless, helpless and/or worthless! Seek help immediately! Do not wait for it to get better, do not isolate and wait for the feelings to lift. Second, Find someone to talk to, that can help you get help. Third: Go to the local Emergency Room. I just keep thinking that we are worth it as individuals to get the help that we need. Have a wonderful day!
